Astraea installs as a progressive web app and keeps your most important learning experiences close—so lessons, notes, and context stay with you, not your signal bar.
Offline status
Astraea · PWA session
Use this guide to prepare Astraea for low-connectivity environments: install it as an app, let it cache intelligently, and understand exactly what works offline versus online.
Astraea automatically caches content as you use it:
✓ No manual downloads needed - everything happens automatically!
What you can do without internet:
You can still send messages when offline:
💡 Tip: Your messages are safe! They're stored locally and will sync as soon as you're back online.
Monitor your connection and sync status:
Look for the status indicator in the top-right corner of the app.
Control what's stored offline:
📊 Typical usage: 50-200 MB for a few weeks of conversations
Check your internet connection. If online, try refreshing the page. Pending messages will sync automatically when connection is stable.
Make sure you've visited the content while online first. Only previously loaded content is available offline.
Go to Settings → Offline Storage → Clear Cache. This will remove old cached data while keeping recent conversations.
Make sure you're using Chrome, Edge, or Safari. The install option appears after visiting the site a few times.
Install the app, open the classes that matter, and let Astraea quietly prepare your learning space for the next time the internet disappears.
Device harmony
